Community & Moderation Guidelines
Effective October 14, 2026
Wrist League celebrates watches at every price. A $30 Casio matters as much as a $30,000 Rolex. These guidelines keep the community fun and the numbers honest.
Be honest
- Report the watch you are actually wearing. One wrist check per day, one ballot per Debate.
- Rally your friends and followers, but don't use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or paid or coordinated fake votes.
Be respectful
- No harassment, hate, threats, or personal attacks, including in catalog suggestions.
- No spam, advertising, or misleading content.
- No one's personal information, and nothing illegal or infringing.
Wrist shots
- Members' wrist shots are public on their check-ins, share images and profile. Any photo can be made private, or deleted, at any time.
- Keep it to the watch: no nudity or sexual content, no faces of other people without their OK, no documents, serial numbers, addresses or anything private.
- Every photo has a Report button. A photo reported by two people — or reported as inappropriate by a signed-in member — is hidden straight away until a moderator reviews it.
How we moderate
- Votes: automated checks may hold suspicious submissions as “pending review”. A moderator then accepts or rejects them. Every decision is logged. Moderators can never add votes.
- Catalog suggestions: suggestions for missing brands and models are reviewed before they appear. Duplicates are merged into existing entries.
- Photos: moderators review reported photos and either restore them or take them down everywhere on the site.
- Accounts: repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension.
Reporting a problem
To report suspected manipulation, offensive content, a trademark or copyright concern, or a creator page that misrepresents a relationship, email sean@shap.ca with a link and a short description. We review reports promptly.
Appeals
If you think we made a mistake, reply to our decision or email us. A different moderator will take a second look where possible.
